Formally launched in 2011, with 8 highly acclaimed releases before formally retiring in 2020. The wines were formally distributed by both A&B Imports and private sellers, covering Seattle and the greater Western WA region. The wines have been featured in many local restaurants, wine bars and wine shops. Belmonte wines are very limited in quantity and now only available through private sellers.
Dan Williams, the owner of Belmonte Cellars winery, culls grapes from Washington vineyards to create rich cabernets and merlots. He then transforms the fruit into award-winning small batches that boast flavors ranging from light cherry to herbal and spicy.
